Upon your visit to Istanbul, the capital, your first stop is Hagia Sophia the Blue Mosque. As you travel along the coast Gallipoli battlefield & Troy will take you back in time. In Selcuk, the famous city of Euphesus ruins, is a must see. Pamukkale offers panoramic pictures with its white calcified falls and the ancient city of Hierapolis. Take a cruise on the blue waters from Fethiye or head straight to Dalyan to enjoy a boat ride on the river in hopes to see some loggerhead turtles. Enjoy a long hike or a hot air balloon ride to see the outstanding rock formation of Cappadocia, the open air museums of the Zelve monastery or Goreme, or the underground cities of Kaymakli and Derinkuyu.
