Women creating art with thread is composed of about 700 women artisans who come from low incomes in India. They create art through eco-friendly and hand-crafted pillows, bedspreads, table linens, stoles, desk accessories and bags. The money made from their products in developed countries’ is reinvested in the artisan communities to improve livelihood, health and educational status of the artisan families, to ensure that improvements in the economic resource base of the artisans fuel significant social benefits. Natural fibers are used and the encouragement too of the use of vegetable dyes in our all-cotton products. Most of the desk accessories are made from hand-made paper that is wood free.
